Fountain Food and Beverages/ Dairy Fountain is a looking for a Controller to join its team!
Collaborating directly with the management team, you will be responsible for the company’s financial management and all accounting procedures, including the preparation of periodic management reports, the budget process, and profitability and cash flow optimization initiatives.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and projections: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow;
- Review financial results monthly/ quarterly, identifying variances and any recommendations for improvement;
- Ensure the stakeholders have visibility on the profitability of the company;
- Ensure the preparation of revenue and expense budgets in collaboration with the management committee, and support the members in the monitoring;
- Collaborate with the management team to calculate cost price;
- Supervise the management of accounts payable and receivable and bookkeeping;
- Implement and improve internal controls;
- Manage contractual agreements and insurance.
Qualifications
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- CMA and/or CGA title, an asset;
- Knowledge of technologies and information systems supporting financial and management reporting;
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial results and budgets and calculate cost price;
- Ability to develop good interpersonal relationships;
- Strong synthesis and problem-solving skills, solution-oriented, attention to detail.
