Fountain Tire Delta (Truck Center), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for responsible, safe and dedicated associates to join our team as Automotive Service Technician.
Pay: $40+/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
-
Diagnose, repair and complete service on customer vehicles as directed by work orders, IE;
-
Brakes
-
Suspension Work & alignments up to F550’s and E450 Motorhomes
-
Tune ups
-
Engine and Driveability diagnostics
-
Internal Engine repairs
-
Minor Transmission repairs & service, Re & I and Clutches
-
Electrical diagnostics
-
Annual inspections
-
Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
-
Advise customers and customer-facing Associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements

Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.

Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner

Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis

Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

Working conditions:

A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded

Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG is required

This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling
Qualifications:
-
Red Seal Automotive Service Technician
-
A valid driver’s license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver’s abstract

Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
