Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, HR & Corporate Services, this role will lead the HR systems team and ownership for the HRIS. The incumbent is accountable for overseeing HR administration of the employee lifecycle and is responsible for reporting employee data analytics and metrics. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HRIS modules and enhancements, including streamlining processes and procedures to enable efficient administration for the business, and self-service.

The GTAA is a federally regulated private sector. The Government of Canada has suspended mandatory vaccination requirement for federally regulated transportation sector workers.
