• Preparing and sending payments by direct disbursement and checks
• Managing partial and final releases on contractual payments

• Follow up on CNESST and CCQ letters before final disbursement
• Validate all TPS and TVQ numbers
• File all bills with check stubs
• Manage Visa expenses
