YOUR ROLE
As a litigation paralegal, you will collaborate with various professionals. Your main responsibilities will include
Preparing and assembling litigation files;
Drafting communications, draft procedures and other legal documents, and preparing bills of cost;
Assisting and working closely with the professionals in the execution of mandates;
Organizing, analyzing and compiling relevant information;
Opening and closing files and ensuring a follow-up;
Maintaining communication with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, etc.
PREREQUISITES
DCS in paralegal techniques or other relevant training/experience;
Experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
Ability to work independently and to multi-task;
Good organizational skills and good ability to manage priorities;
efficiency and rigor
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
