Responsibilities:
As Marketing Automation Specialist, responsibilities include:
Lead day-to-day marketing activities relating to marketing automation, PPC, operational, e-commerce and email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition using Pardot and Salesforce
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
Support marketing operations, lead management, and campaign execution to drive digital engagement
Contribute to the planning, quality assurance process, and execution of email and digital marketing campaigns, including product, promotional and triggered emails, automations, content syndication, etc.
Implement A/B testing to improve conversion across all funnels to improve conversions
Maintain and organize A&P’s Pardot business units, including ongoing maintenance of templates, database health, landing pages, distribution lists, custom fields, etc.
Develop and maintain reports at both the technical level and for non-marketing stakeholders
Develop, implement, and continuously evolve best digital and email marketing practices across channels
Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Support Pardot admin duties for all A&P Pardot business units
Qualifications:
Must-have:
2+ years using Pardot (preferred) HubSpot, Marketo or a similar tool in a marketing automation role
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
In-depth knowledge and proven success with paid marketing campaigns, including PPC, retargeting, social advertising, content distribution and placement networks, and third-party publications
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and the relationship to Pardot automations
Nice-to-have:
Pardot certification, a marketing-related certificate program or a Bachelor’s degree is nice to have, but not required if you’ve got a proven track record of creativity and success with Pardot campaigns

Working knowledge of GDPR/Privacy regulations as it relates to digital marketing
