Rafuse Home Hardware has an immediate opening for a part-ime sales associate for our flooring department. We are looking to fill a void in this department by offering 1 weekday and weekend work. The ideal person can provide reliable and friendly customer service. This would include greeting customers, providing product information, timely quotes, follow ups, completing the sale and arranging installs and deliveries. Other responsibilities would be to maintain stock levels, maintaining your department’s appearance, cycle counting, and learning about new trends and products. The new team member will work along side our main flooring sales person 1-2 days a week for guidence and on weekends by themselves. This is an excellent position for someone with part time needs on weekends, come talk with us, we want to hear from you. Below is a little about the role.
- Be a team player.
- Report directly to floor manager and operations manager.
- Build new and maintain relationships with existing contractors and home owners.
- Participate in various training courses as needed.
- On site visits, measures and consultations.
- Source and order non stock products.
- Be flexible and help out co-workers when needed.
