imPerfect Fresh Eats Looking for Restaurant Supervisor at Toronto, ON Full Time

We are looking for experienced and driven individuals who can take our restaurant to the next level. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in food preparation and customer service, and is capable of managing a large team of employees and a varied menu. A successful candidate will be familiar with all aspects of the restaurant industry, and will be comfortable working in a busy environment while giving and receiving feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor restaurant operations and be actively involved in the recruitment and training of staff.
• Maintain inventory
• Visit customer tables to ensure customer service standards are met.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, employee performance, and the quality of food served.
• Manage restaurant staff
• Be available to answer customer questions.
• Manage restaurant operations in the absence of the general manager.

Salary: From $16.50 per hour
