Information Services Corporation (ISC) is hiring two (2) Customer Support Representatives on a permanent full-time basis.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Customer Support, this position is responsible for the following:
- Provide guidance, information and assistance to customer enquiries relating to all ISC products and services, including Land Titles, Saskatchewan Judgement Registry, Corporate Registry, and Personal Property Registry
- Handle and resolve customer concerns through researching the required information and using available resources to communicate policies, procedures and processes in accordance with the encompassing Acts and Regulations
- Assist customers with website and other system navigation and operational support to clients using the web based system (Regsys, etc.), including assisting them with signing on and navigating within the system
Position Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with several years’ experience and/or training in customer service and office administration. Call Centre training and experience is considered an asset
- Proven knowledge and ability to apply customer service principles, practices and techniques to effectively support customers
- Several years of experience in a front line customer service environment with customer service training
- Knowledge of MS Office products or related word processing, spreadsheets, CRM, and e-mail software applications
- Strong knowledge and experience with referencing acts, regulations, legislation, policies, practices and procedures and the ability to interpret, understand, apply and clearly explain them accurately.
- Knowledge of the Land Titles, Business Corporation, Non-Profit Corporation and the Business Names Acts and Regulations would be considered an asset. At minimum, the successful candidate should have a basic understanding of the significance of these Acts and Regulations.
- Knowledge of legal terminology relating to the ownership of land, Corporate Registry, Saskatchewan Judgement Registry and Personal Property Registry would be considered an asset.
