Sommaire
Relevant du superviseur de la production, le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable :
Utiliser la machine d’inspection (AOI)
Manipuler des composants électroniques afin de les mettre sur les PCB avant de les insérer dans la Wave;
Manipuler les PCB et le mettre à l’entrée de la Wave ;
Utiliser le programme informatique adéquat de la Wave selon le type de circuit électronique (PCB) à souder ;
Inspecter les soudures effectuées par la Wave sur les circuits électroniques et aviser le département de la qualité dès qu’il y a des anormalités ;
Effectuer la dépanalisation;
Effectuer la maintenance et l’entretien de la machinerie (Wave) ;
Respecter les procédures de santé et sécurité lors de manipulation de l’étain, d’azote et de flux ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Date de début : aussitôt que possible
Salaire : selon l’expérience
Horaire de travail : 40 heures, lundi au vendredi de 7 h 30 à 16 h
Lieu de travail : Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville
Profil recherché
Diplôme d’étude secondaire, l’équivalent, ou expérience pertinente ;
Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire ;
Savoir utiliser des outils informatiques (ex. : programme de la Wave) ;
Avoir travaillé dans le domaine de l’électronique (un atout) ;
Être autonome ;
Minutie, rigueur, débrouillard, et savoir prendre des initiatives ;
Bon sens de l’observation, de réaction et d’analyse (déceler les défauts de fabrication à temps et trouver la solution appropriée pour régler le défaut) ;
Connaissance de la norme IPC-610 (atout important).

Summary
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Wave Soldering Operator’s primary responsibilities will include:
Use the inspection machine (AOI)
Handle electronic components to put them on the PCBs before inserting them in the Wave;
Handle the PCBs and put them in the entrance of the Wave;
Use the appropriate Wave computer program according to the type of electronic circuit (PCB) to be soldered;
Inspect the soldering performed by the Wave on the electronic circuits and notify the quality department as soon as there are abnormalities;
Perform depaneling
Perform maintenance and upkeep of the machinery (Wave);
Respect health and safety procedures when handling tin, nitrogen and flux;
All other related tasks.

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Qualifications
High school diploma, equivalent, or relevant experience;
2 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
Ability to use computer tools (e.g.: Wave program);
Have worked in the field of electronics (an asset);
Be autonomous;
Minutia, rigor, resourcefulness, and ability to take initiative;
Good observation, reaction and analysis skills (detect manufacturing defects in time and find the appropriate solution to fix the defect);
Knowledge of the IPC-610 standard (important asset).
