About the role
We’re looking for an Atlantic Systems Help Support to join our Atlantic Claims team!
What you’ll do here:
Support general business operations by providing various systems support
Accountable for providing technical expertise to support, investigate and troubleshoot claims systems with colleagues.
Collect and analyze information, produce reports and complete various administrative tasks
Represent the region on various national project and initiatives
Identify problems and relevant issues, assess each using standard procedures
Act as a resource for colleagues
Coaching and training under the direction of department manager
Assist in creating and managing systems access requests
Maintain procedural documents, track and log incidents, request tickets, etc. as required
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
Experience entering unverified claims required
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work within and meet deadlines

Flexible Work Arrangements
Right now, we support 100% remote work, if your role permits. Once it’s safe to do so, we will move to a hybrid approach which will give everyone the best of both worlds – a mix of home and in-office workdays. Schedules will be determined in partnership between individuals, managers, and the team.
