Role Description
This is a contract Accounting Clerk role for an on-site position at Inverary Manor in Inverness, Nova Scotia. The Accounting Clerk will give support to the Finance Department in the area of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and areas of payroll administration, and assist with other accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Accounting Software (ie SAGE 50) and Bookkeeping
Knowledge in Finance and Accounting
Previous Experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
College diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
