THE JOB
The People Operations team (or “POps”) has an opening for a dedicated, organized and personable HR professional. At IUGO, the POps team are responsible for a wide variety of the company’s wellbeing including managing the ATS/HRIS (BambooHR), events & culture, employee performance, benefits, recruitment, social media, on and off boarding, office maintenance and healthy & safety. Wearing many hats excites our team and we constantly look for new ways to improve ourselves and our processes. You are detail oriented, motivated to collect and act on data, energetic, helpful, and process driven. You can effectively liaise and collaborate with your own team, accounting, producers, hiring managers and executives. As an organization who is constantly improving and growing in the booming games industry, you bring forth considerable experience with a willingness to take on new challenges every day.
WORK FROM HOME OR THE OFFICE
Our employees are currently given the option to either work remotely from home, OR from the studio. Our entire interview and onboarding process can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
