Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts across all departments including product, marketing, creative, business ops, sales, HR and finance
- Identify and engage top talent to support ongoing team growth
- Partner with hiring managers to define quarterly hiring goals, sourcing strategy, and KPIs
- Manage candidates throughout our pipeline and move candidates through interview stages diligently and quickly

- You can process information quickly and adapt to new contexts
- You are incredibly tenacious and are not easily discouraged or deterred by obstacles
- You are a strong communicator and can summarize information in a concise and compelling manner
