• Facilitate financial accounting and reporting activities within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and Controller for comprehensive reporting, analysis, and continuous process improvement
• Exhibit an unwavering dedication to upholding superior quality standards in financial operations.
• Employ superior analytical skills to provide valuable insights into financial results.
• Offer well-founded recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive analytical findings.
• Actively participate in diverse month-end activities, encompassing the meticulous preparation of journal entries.
• Investigate and address any issues that may arise during the month-end processes.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for designated balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive documentation.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required and fulfill other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related major.
• Progressing towards or having achieved a professional designation, CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the accounting/finance domain.
• Strong organizational skills for both independent and collaborative tasks.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Noteworthy attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments for achieving consistent results.
