Keepit is looking for a Sales Development Representative to target the Nordic market and work with our team in Copenhagen.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) dedicated to the Nordic market you will be responsible for the first contact with our customers in Scandinavia and other northern European countries. As such, you will be the first contact between Keepit and the businesses of the world, and you will play a vital part in securing our customer’s data.
We’re growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience – and now we’re looking for a colleague to be a key part of beginning a collaboration between customers from the Nordics and Keepit. We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative who is willing to share best practices with others and who strives to grow in every aspect of the job.

The SDR key challenges:
- Take on social and email marketing to generate product awareness and sales opportunities.
- Contact potential prospects over the phone for the Account Executive you are working with.
- Book qualified sales meetings between key client decision-makers and members of our account executive team.
- Update CRM system on a continuous basis (we use Salesforce)
You will report to one of the team leads and the SDR manager, Enrika, who is head of the expanding SDR department. You will work from one of our two Copenhagen offices, located on the 6th floor at Parken, the national stadium of Denmark.

1. Trustworthy First Impressions: Selling is essentially a relational discipline, and thus you can communicate in a professional and trustworthy fashion. You need to be skilled at building relations and be able to engage in honest conversations with strangers over the phone, and handle objections that the customer might have.
2. Phone Sales – Qualifying an Opportunity: The ideal candidate excels in asking strategic questions that uncover the pains and needs of the customer and bring awareness to the need for Keepit. At the same time, it is essential to be a good listener in order to pick out the essential information for the rest of the sales process.
3. Collaboration Around Sales: We win as a team. You must be self-driven but also able to collaborate closely with your colleagues, team leader, and manager around everyday tasks. You can receive and integrate feedback of different kinds, and you can help your colleagues when needed.
4. English & Scandinavian-language and culture-specific communication: We use English as our company language, and being fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. As you will also be working with the Nordic market, being fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (e.g. Swedish) is essential to the role.
