Kent Building Supplies Looking for Immigration Coordinator at Moncton, NB Full Time

Kent has an immediate career opportunity for an Immigration Coordinator

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Immigration Coordinator will work as part of the Kent Human Resource Team and will assist with the coordination and administration of immigration processes and applications for Kent. The role will work closely with the Human Resource, and the JDI Immigration, and Legal team.
The role will be located at our head office in Saint John or at our Moncont store location, this is 1 year work term with possibility of becoming a permanent job
Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Team with drafting and compiling of temporary and permanent residence applications
• Responsible for document management, organization, and creation within internal systems. This including reviewing, organizing, tracking, and naming required client documents, as well as assisting in the creation of internal document checklists and questionnaires
• Track recruitment efforts for temporary worker applications
• Provide HR Team with administrative support of international recruitment and immigration efforts
• Participate in continuous process improvement efforts with immigration
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline would be an asset
• Previous exposure to immigration forms and applications would be considered an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated capability to work on multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency to execute and deliver results
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual would be considered an asset
