Reports to the 3PL warehousing Logistics Supervisor
summary:
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the logistics specialist’s main mandate is to coordinate all activities related to the material movements of finished products for outbound customer orders. He/she will works closely with Customer service, Transportation team and Logistics Inventory control as well as with the Logistics supervisor to ensure that our third party warehouse team comply with our standards and follow industry best practice.
Responsibilities:
Manage emails related to customer orders and inventory inquiries
Check delivery planning according to delivery notes
Investigate order issues and outbound ASN issues
Prepare the necessary documentation related to the transportation of goods in Canada and the United States;
Support the entire Logistics team as well as the 3PL team
Report any problems to their supervisor.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge with SAP system
Fluency in English (spoken and written) French would be an asset.
DEC in Logistics or relevant academic training.
Skills:
Ease of teamwork;
Organizational and analytical direction;

Ability to work under pressure.
