Reporting to the Associate Director of Transportation this role is responsible for analyzing and coordinating transportation arrangements to meet customer service expectations, in the most cost-effective manner. The Logistics Coordinator organizes inbound transportation of products from vendors to distribution centers and customers, by determining purchase order consolidation, best routes and carriers, to optimize inbound opportunities. Success in this role requires an unwavering commitment to service excellence, efficiency and teamwork, to enable Lakeside Produce to deliver on our promise to customers.
