Legend Boats is excited to be hiring our very first retail-focused National Marketer. The successful candidate will be joining a team of seasoned marketing professionals dedicated to the support of 57 dealerships across the country and generating leads nation-wide.

The ideal candidate has: *
- 4+years of experience in B2C marketing (required)
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising (required)
- 4+ years of experience in social media management (required)
- 4+ years of experience in project management (required)
- Functional knowledge of common graphic design and video editing software, such as Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere (strongly preferred)
- Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field (optional, but beneficial)
- Experience with content management software (optional, but beneficial)
- High competency in writing in French as well as translating from English to French.

In this role some of what you will be responsible for: *
Dedicated to supporting 3-5 high-volume stores in Ontario and Québec, with a goal of helping each of them to individually achieve a 25% increase in sales year-over-year.
The marketing team as a whole has 3 core metrics that we are responsible for:
- Double our lead count year-over-year;
- Keep our Lead Acquisition Cost under control; and
- Keep our Customer Acquisition Cost under control.
These 3 metrics allow us to focus on creating value for our dealerships (by feeding their sales pipeline) while ensuring we are doing so in a financially responsible and sustainable manner.
As the National Retail Marketer, you will be contributing to these goals for 3-5 dealerships by:
- Implementing digital advertising
- Maintain online listings of available boat inventory
- Web content and search engine optimization.
- Social media management.
- Email marketing.
- Weekly and quarterly tracking and reporting per store.
- Project management.
- Translations and French content writing.
Wage: 65,000 – 75,000 annually based on experience and skills set.

Additional requirements: *
- Must have access to your own vehicle in order to commute to the office as well as conduct monthly store visits. Gas, food, and lodging will be provided for by Legend Boats.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- A portfolio or samples of past work (optional, but beneficial)
