Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain

Our client, an innovative national industrial wholesaler and custom production manufacturer within the ‘Building Products’ sector, is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain to lead and support their strategic growth plans, and optimization in Canada, and in the United States. We are looking for a results-driven and collaborative professional to lead and strengthen the systems, operations and procedures of this mature organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ future.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong grasp of warehousing and inventory management, procurement, demand planning, asset management, logistics, and productions; as well, a history of success with IT including onboarding new systems (ERP, WMS). In addition, direct experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships with other departments including Sales and Distribution, Marketing, and Human Resources…in a fast-paced, ever-changing market.
