Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultant

Regular Full-Time
Rate of Pay: $34.71 per hour – $43.40 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
What the Role is
Reporting to the Director, Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management, the Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultant is responsible for partnering with and advising hiring leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process for leadership roles. The Consultant is responsible for ensuring all phases of the process are completed with the appropriate level of engagement with all relevant stakeholders, and is the key point of contact for applicants during the process. The ideal candidate has ample experience across the phases of consulting, from discovery to evaluation. Projects will range from improving leader onboarding processes to overseeing the effective deployment of employee surveys.
The successful candidate has exceptional consultation skills and a track record of successfully advising senior leaders. Among other things, the role will involve sharing evidence-based recruitment practices, coaching hiring leaders on developing postings and interviewing to identify leadership potential, and making salary recommendations. You will be actively involved in all phases of recruitment – strategy development, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, documenting development goals for successful candidates, and reporting on KPIs.
