Lotus Flare Looking for Lead Product Manager – Revenue Management at Waterloo, ON Full Time

As a Lead Product Manager for Revenue Management at LotusFlare, your work will directly affect products impacting millions of people. You will be responsible for the roadmap and growth of the SaaS components that revenue management capabilities of LotusFlare DNO Cloud, a cloud commerce and monetization managed service that serves as a digital business support system (BSS) for communications and media services providers.. DNO Cloud capabilities that you will help advance for LotusFlare CSP customers encompass charging (including 5G standalone, online and offline charging, etc.), billing, discounting, currency management, billing hierarchies, payments and collections, credit control, tax management, revenue assurance and auditing, financial control and auditing, within B2B, B2C and B2B2X business models.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare’s software stack

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch

Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans

Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success

Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience

Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business

Requirements

5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development

3+ years of previous experience in telecom BSS product or SaaS subscription billing product

Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture

1 – 3 years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
