Louis Vuitton is searching for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee the Canadian market. Based in Toronto or Mississauga and reporting into the Director of HR, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will lead and manage the design, development, communication, implementation, marketing and administration of the Company’s Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Key aspects of this role will include:

This is a Manager level position that requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building across all levels of our population. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines. The successful candidate should be a well-rounded individual with the ability to lead strategically, operationally, creatively, and analytically.
