The Company
Magic is revolutionizing the window and door industry. We have been designing, patenting, and manufacturing industry-leading window and door technology since 1979, catapulting our products and brand to the forefront of the industry. As a privately held, Canadian company headquartered in the GTA, we pride ourselves on being different. From the game-changing products we invent to the impeccable service we provide, Magic is continuously challenging the status quo. We’re a 40-year old startup filled with passionate marketers, engineers, and customer support specialists, and we’re looking for our next marketing superstar to join our fast-growing D2C team.
Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to work for Ontario’s #1 Window & Door brand during a period of rapid growth. Gain experience in cultivating a premium direct-to-consumer brand with an innovative and highly differentiated product. Join a team that drives email innovation and operates a highly personalized email program. Most importantly, become part of a family that genuinely enjoys working with each other everyday.
The email marketing coordinator is a hybrid role of approximately 50% copywriting and 50% logic building and optimization. Working directly with our marketing director, you’ll be responsible for developing sophisticated email sequences across the entire marketing and sales funnel. It goes without saying that the candidate must possess strong copywriting skills while also having a sufficient understanding of logic-building. The role cultivates creativity and will provide the candidate with the opportunity to push boundaries and use storytelling to help create and reinforce our unique message at every possible touch point. When you’re not creating high-converting email sequences, you’ll be collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to gather insights about the customer journey and experience with our brand. The final component of this role is analytical in nature as the candidate will be required to analyze performance data to identify key trends and insights for senior leadership.
We are looking for a candidate with strong copywriting skills, a passion for behavioural analysis, and a shared vision for transforming the way consumers interact with their homes.
