THE POSITION
In support of a high-growth mandate, we’re hiring for the position of Communications Manager to support building brand awareness, reputation, and credibility across our B2C, B2C, and B2I business portfolios. If you have experience executing effective PR communication, media relations, social media and influencer engagement programs that deliver measurable results and meet business objectives, we want to hear from you.
As the Communications Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic briefs and be a relationship builder responsible for partnering across Product, Customer Support (our patient user base), Clinical Operations (our doctor and health practitioner network) and Business Development to balance short-term tactical needs with long-term sustainable growth for the business.
You will demonstrate exceptional Communications abilities, delivering content that is not only clear and concise but also highly persuasive. You will maintain current knowledge of emerging industry trends and competitive analysis while ensuring brand editorial guidelines, accessibility, and medical and legal requirements are adhered to.
Critical to success in this role will be your demonstrated ability to execute public relations communications programs that influence public opinion and deliver business results. Your passion for achieving communication objectives will drive the impact of our messaging, while your ability to manage complexity will enable you to anticipate and adeptly manage any potential blockers. You will proactively find solutions across lofi concept development, production, and delivery phases, ensuring that our communications initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
12-18 MONTH DELIVERABLES
Within the first 90 days, you will have conducted a communications and social channel audit, refreshed messaging matrices, and identified relationship opportunities with journalists and stakeholders while simultaneously working on multiple projects across our B2C, B2B and B2I portfolio.
In the next 12 to 18 months, you will have implemented processes to monitor and measure success, establish aspirational yet attainable operational targets to track improvements, protect reputation, grow relationships, and deliver proactive and results-driven PR & social media approaches that can scale with the company.
