Marvel Recruiters Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team on a 100% commission-based structure. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are driven by results and enjoy the freedom of remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Present our services to potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
