MASSAGE EXPERTS BEDFORD IS LOOKING TO HIRE A PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
LOCATION: Sunnyside Mall
BUSINESS HOURS: Your hours may vary, but there will be the opportunity with the option to pick up shifts as needed.
CLINIC HOURS:
Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 9:00pm
Saturdays – 10:00am – 6:00pm
Sundays – 11:00am – 5:00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public, be outgoing, welcoming, friendly, fast-thinking, and forward-thinking. They must be completely computer literate with a keen eye for detail, and must possess the ability to multitask between various computer programs and clinic tasks seamlessly. Previous customer service, clinic, or office experience is preferred. Our Receptionist is at the forefront of the organization; welcoming and coordinating all new and returning clients to the clinic, so it is important the ideal candidate possess the skills and ability to represent the brand effectively and to the best of their ability.
Reporting to the Clinic Director, the receptionist will be working within a team environment alongside a group of health professionals, greeting clients professionally (providing a hospitable experience to all clients and staff), providing in-depth knowledge of the membership program to all non-member clients, building clinic loyalty through client-relationship building, answering phones, managing/booking appointments, ensuring the clinic is clean and laundry managed (washed, dried, folded neatly and put away) at all times, assisting providers as needed, providing knowledge-based opinions, managing insurance claims, encouraging and increasing repeat business, data input and filing, and any other duties assigned by the Clinic Director, Owner and/or Corporate Office to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Office Administration Certificate (considered an asset)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Communication fluently written and spoken in English
Previous Clinic and Insurance Billing Experience Preferred
Knowledge of the Massage Therapy Industry Preferred
Experience in customer service or sales, over the phone and/or face to face
Extremely efficient with Windows-based programs
Extremely efficient with Microsoft Office / Google programs
High degree of accuracy in clerical data entry functions
Clean criminal record
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
