What You’ll Do
- Build an in-depth understanding of Master of Code and Conversational AI as they relate to Enterprise service offerings.
- Own the design and development of customer-facing digital content, from ideation to creation to supporting promotion through dedicated channels and campaigns, including social media properties and owned media.
- Preparing media plans and drafting announcements and press releases to achieve desired brand positioning.
- Writing copy, editing submissions and publishing content for media properties, ensuring all content is consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
- Driving awareness & lead generation by owning North American marketing efforts
- Enable the field with information about our products and solutions, through training and content
- Help identify and shape customer case studies
- Understand and define the target personas and their buying needs
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for new launches & campaigns
- Strategize, build, communicate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that educate, nurture, and excite prospects.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs and present insights learned from each campaign.
- Lead sales enablement asset creation; craft compelling and differentiated outbound service messaging and content for enterprise, developer or other technical audiences.
- Work with cross-functional departments, including sales, marketing, conversation design and delivery to synthesize a compelling message and position for external and internal audiences.
- Recording and analyzing data to track progress against key metrics and preparing regular reports to share with key stakeholders.
About You
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience in creating, managing, and launching customer-facing digital content and campaigns in a communications or PR role in IT, tech or agency setting
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in creative communications, marketing, journalism, English/Linguistics or relevant field
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, especially for B2B or SaaS companies
- You have experience marketing to highly technical partners and/or customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Superior storytelling, written and oral communication skills, and exceptional editing skills
- You are comfortable with a high degree of flexibility
- You are creative, proactive, goal-oriented, and agile.
- You are a great collaborator, able to manage relationships with many stakeholders
- Have interest or knowledge in Conversational AI and automation tools
Added Bonus Education or Experience:
- Experience in creating technology-focused content
- Familiarity with conversational AI and machine learning
