Matrix HR is looking for two Business Analysts for our excellent client in the Financial and Insurance industry. Please read on for further details on Responsibilities and Qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts to establish an effective license position and provide license optimization
- Assist in analyzing software license purchase and discovery data for the purposes of reconciliation and remediation tasks
- Monitor hardware and software inventory throughout the lifecycle. Records and tracks hardware and software acquisitions and updates and maintains records in the asset database.
- Provide end-user functional support for Asset Management tools and produce reporting requirements as required
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of interpreting licensing terms and conditions, licensing models, contracts, and pricing arrangements with major vendors (Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, Oracle etc)
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Solid understanding of asset management and discovery tools like Service Now, BMC, SCCM, ILMT etc.
- 2-4 years of ITAM and SAM experience
- Understanding of Service Management and ITIL
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaison with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
