Successful candidates will use their management experience and bring their best energy to join an excited dynamic TeeM. Someone who can walk into a busy room and make it flow seamlessly to ensure guests are having a great time and staff are growing and learning. You have a sense of urgency – you put out fires (hopefully not literally) while keeping your cool, making sure every guest has a drink in hand and happy, full bellies. The AGM/GM leans on you to make sure all the details are taken care of and staff come to you for support. We invest heavily in our employees and want to support and foster your growth into an Assistant General Manager and one day a General Manager!
The Specs
Support the AGM/GM in leading your own passionate house TeeM – providing guidance, training and mentorship for staff
Help run a successful restaurant with happy staff, excited guests and huge community support
Collaborate with the AGM/GM, Operations Managers and work with the Ownership team to execute our successful business model
Provide an amazing guest experience to all who visit the restaurant
Training and execution on all the details – scheduling, reporting, safety, inventory management, financial management, special projects, everything it takes to run a well-oiled restaurant machine.
What You Bring
Experience leading a medium to large full-service room
Some exposure to budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
Strong commitment to customer service and quality standards
Strong team management skills and the ability to motivate others
Exceptional organisation, time management, and self-starter skills
A desire to learn and grow into senior management roles
Understanding the plant-based lifestyle is an asset but not required
