We are looking for two (2x) hungry, motivated, and experienced Director, Product Sales, Lifecycle Solutions for Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy Business Line in Metso Outotec’s Services Business Area. These are sales leader roles who will be integral part on driving our sales model change globally towards performance-based lifecycle service agreements (LCS). You have the opportunity to work with several passionate colleagues who are joining you in this journey and close collaboration with them will be one of the keys for success.
As Director, Product Sales, Lifecycle Solutions your tasks and respobsibilities are:
Lead sales cases for complex, performance-based lifecycle service agreements for Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy BL’s offering.
Define concepts, commercial models & contracts and support on sales- & proposal tools and technical solution development with product owners
Proactively identify potential customers and create leads focusing on customers’ higher level decision makers
Present product specific LCS solutions value to customers and support other Metso Outotec’s teams in value quantification of customer solutions
Understand and effectively communicate LCS solution implementation requirements and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
Promote LCS solutions and customer value with marketing through webinars, conferences, customer seminars and internal training
To succeed in this challenging role we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
Experience on performance-based long-term agreement sales (result drive, KPI based, bonus/penalty based etc. contractual models)
Natural tendency and hunger for results through long-term solution, customer value and consultative sales (vs. transactional sales)
Minimum 10 years relevant sales and/or service business experience in the process or manufacturing industries
Demonstrated capability of managing sales cases and projects from concept to completion, meeting strict time constraints, and managing expectations of internal and external customers
Good communication skills and fluent in verbal and written English – required for presentations, success stories and articles, webinars, and social media
Skills to mentor and coordinate other teams in performing support and consulting services.
Willingness and ability to travel.
