About The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, based at our Canada Place office in Vancouver, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Micromine’s offices globally. Your efforts will help continuously improve our systems and processes, whilst ensuring a proactive approach to candidate sourcing is followed.
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for all Micromine offices.
• Partnering with managers globally to drive recruitment outcomes.
• Proactively searching and engaging with high-caliber talent to fill key vacancies.
• Creating campaigns to build international talent communities for future recruitment needs.
• Exploring industry best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve systems and processes.
• Participating in ad hoc HR projects to provide a recruitment lens.

About You
You will be an experienced recruiter (internal and / or agency) with exposure to working for or with complex service delivery organizations.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• A proven track record in end-to-end talent sourcing for white-collar technical and professional staff.
• Exposure to recruitment environments where the focus was on direct strategic sourcing.
• Confidence to coach managers throughout the recruitment process.
