MindGeek Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Montreal, Quebec, Canada Full Time

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our organization, you will get the opportunity to work on positions that contribute to the productivity of some of the biggest brand names in the world. What you’ll be doing:

• Search for candidates using all relevant sources (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.) and approach passive candidates (headhunting)
• Perform in depth candidate interviews to assess qualifications
• Build relationships with the hiring managers and conduct in depth intake sessions to ensure a full understanding of the positions
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure collaboration and exceptional customer service
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with sourcing initiatives
• Identify and participate in job fairs and open houses and represent the organization at various events
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, universities, employees and social media
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and interview process
• Craft interesting job descriptions that get the candidates attention
• Participate in process improvement and various projects

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

• University degree or certificate in Human Resources or relevant experience
• 2+ years’ experience recruiting for various corporate roles with some exposure to IT
• Experience handling a large requisition volume
• Experience sourcing candidates through various channels including social media and utilizing Boolean searches
• Demonstrated achievement in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-find resources
• Comfortable in French and English

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience with Greenhouse would be an asset
