Make an impact with our Quality, Risk and Compliance team as a Project Administrator. Responsibilities
- Assist with administration of various aspects of projects including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating logistics for projects
- Documenting and developing plans and scope
- Calendar and task management follow up
- Preparing files and documents for review
- Filing, and archiving important final documentation
- Reporting for project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Ad-hoc reporting as required
- Perform recurring data management to assist teams and team members with operational roles and responsibilities
- Provide support for team meetings including preparation of minutes, action items, and capacity tracking
- Assist with service ticket system, ensuring suitable delegation of resources
- Support with content management, formatting, and branding as required
- Assist with shared mailbox coordination
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business, and industry
- Provide various other administrative support, as required
Skills And Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in project administration is preferred
- Prior experience working with senior leaders in a professional services environment is considered an asset
- Ability to influence people to keep projects on track and to proactively raise matters for discussion as appropriate
- Strong critical thinking and professional judgement to apply skills and best practices between tasks and projects
- Exceptional eye for detail and ability to stay organized and manage time in a fast paced and agile environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online is considered an asset
- Working towards CAPM or a Project Management Certification is considered an asset
- Ability to speak and write in French is considered an asset
