Moneris Looking for Data Analyst – Product and Partnerships at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

As a Data Analyst you will help harness the power of data to support Product and Partnership team in driving decisions, improving customer experience and providing insights on product performance. You will create different interactive dashboards for tracking KPIs and metrics.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid/Remote model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Data Analytics and Strategy – Product and Partnership.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover valuable insights, and pattern within our datasets
• Develop informative reports and data visualizations to communicate product and partnership metrics to different stakeholders
• Collaborate with different teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize product features and partnership strategies
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability through data validation and quality control processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and strategies that enhance product performance and partnership growth

Your Moneris Career – What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or related field
• 2-4 years of experience as Data Analyst, with experience managing successful data projects
• Proficient in Advanced SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau and PowerBI
• Independent and be able to work with new tools, and techniques to stay up to date with the work requirements
• Work with evolving data analysis challenges and provide strategies
• Articulate and able to work with and communicate technical and complex information
