We are a family-owned business and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Your customer service skills are essential in this fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Your ability to multi-task, handle a large volume of phone calls, and greet in-person customers is important. This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- Generating work orders
- Preparing E-mails, Invoices, and Ordering
- General office duties
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proper telephone etiquette and a focus on meeting customer’s needs is a MUST.
- Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
- Willingness to learn new computer programs.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible to adapt to changing work demands and volumes
- Knowledge of the window & door industry or additional trades is an asset.
