Experience working in a tech startup environment
Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
Strong project management skills with prior experience owning end-to-end projects with multiple collaborators
A scrappy “roll up your sleeves” approach to work and a self-starter attitude, requiring minimal supervision, and knowing when to ask for help
Communication and collaboration skills with a customer-oriented attitude; a drive to connect with people and enable them to do their best work
A strong desire to improve our existing processes and ability to speak up when you see room for improvement (bringing solutions to the table when you have them!)

We also host regular in-office days for connecting and collaborating with colleagues and strongly encourage those who enjoy working in-office to come in as much as they would like!
As mentioned above, for this role specifically, you would likely be required to come into our office more regularly than others. Our ideal candidate lives in Toronto/GTA and is looking forward to being in an office environment again.
Our Hiring Process
Every new hire will have a huge impact on our organization, so we take both the hiring process and the candidate experience seriously – we know that an interview goes both ways!
