Tasks
Provide HR Administration support to workforce by responding to HR request and questions
Support HR colleagues in addressing cross-functional HR issues.
Ability to collaborate with partners to define/develop Talent business outcome requirements and support development of reports with key performance indicators to track progress.
Support the development, implementation and the management of various HR processes, tools and systems to improve Talent management processes and reporting capability.

Must Have
3-5 years of experience within HR field (understanding full HR spectrum, process policies.
2 years experience in client service delivery
Assets
Previous experience/background within an IT organization
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
Education
Academic: University degree or higher in Business administration, Commerce, HR, or related field (required), degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Asset)
