General Job Description:

As part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for initiating the development and execution of our digital marketing and social media strategy for multiple brands and franchisees. You will utilize HubSpot, a state of the art marketing automation software and have the opportunity to learn how a national brand markets online at the local level in over 30 Canadian markets.

Your responsibilities will revolve around inbound marketing activities such as blogging, eBooks, social media, email campaigns, automated email marketing workflows, web page creation, and landing pages. You will liaise with the franchisees, staff and Corporate Location Managers to develop content, offers, and messages to our customers and prospects.

Areas of focus:
Email Marketing

• Utilize our leading edge automated marketing software (HubSpot) each day to deploy digital marketing activities and social content
• Write, design, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including automated email marketing workflows
• Create call-to-actions within email communication and blogs

Social Media

• Ongoing promotion of our brand on social platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+. This includes writing and designing original content and curating outsourced content.
• Establishing and maintaining an email marketing and social media calendar for each brand and location
• Write unique and engaging blogs using SEO principles

Other

• Write and design eBook content
• Reinvent and repurpose existing marketing content
• Basic graphic design for social media, email marketing, internal communications, and local area marketing collateral
• Monitor local stories relevant to our market and share on social media
• Write web copy and help manage web pages and landing pages
• Extract knowledge from our Technical Director and field team and turning it into magical moments for our customers and prospects

• Basic video work
• Monitor and communicate digital marketing performance results and trends

Compensation and Term:

• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
• This is full-time permanent employment.
• This position is currently “work from home” position

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
