OneSpan is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDRs) in North America to join our expanding team. You will be focusing on our LATAM clients.

What You’ll Do:
Prospecting, qualifying, and producing sales qualified leads (BANT type opportunities) in partnership with the Account Executives.
Engaging prospects by phone, email and through social (i.e., LinkedIn)
Identifying and connecting with key Influencers and decision makers – up to, and including, senior level professionals.
Analyzing prospect’s pain points, capturing business needs and requirements, and positioning our competitive differentiators.
Demoing our solutions to highlight the value of our products.
Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of key vertical industries and top use cases.
Develop and nurture a book of business for continued success in delivering sales qualified leads.
What you need to have/be:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Relevant business development, sales or customer service experience
Growth mindset and the desire to learn
Organization and a process driven mindset
Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter, effective when working independently and in team environments
Excellent English and Spanish communication (verbal, written, and presentation)
Even better if you have:
Experience in tech, SaaS, dot.com or similar
B2B experience
Experience managing and qualifying leads
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
