WOW 1 DAY PAITING is an exciting, fast growing PAITING franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our rockstar team to support driving engagement through social media channels, building new franchise tools to support local store marketing, act as our project leader for seasonal campaign management, buld philanthropic intiatives to support our “Day to Wow” and many other brand building initiatives.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:
- Social Media Management – Drive engagement and new strategy to elevate brand
- Local Store Marketing – Build new FP tools to support Ground Game, enhance opt-in marketing program and help educate FP’s
- Campaign management – execute creating seasonal campaigns to drive top of funnel leads
- Build Day to Wow – support launch plan, communication and public relations
- Consumer, market and competitive insights gathering and presentation
- Strong retail and consumer engagement focus; customer loyalty building, execution of sales promotions, local event activations, charity fundraisers and community celebrations
- Brand standards’ management and ambassador for all creative
- Collaboration with cross functional teams to bring local deas to life with integrated marketing strategy
- Building tools, assets, programs to be shared across network
- Cooperation with cross-functional teams including operations and communications for program implementation
- Building authentic relationships with franchise partners and having a stake in their success

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role preferably in a franchise environment
- College or University business degree in marketing
- Experience working in an advertising agency – an asset
- Digital marketing experience – an asset
- Experience in the home/consumer service industry – an asset
- US Marketing experience – an asset
