ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services is a community based, charitable, Not-For-Profit health organization providing supportive care to families in Huron and Perth Counties as well as the surrounding area.
We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Quality Specialist.
SUMMARY:
The Quality Specialist oversees/coordinates quality assurance and risk management programs for the organization. The Quality Specialist is responsible for regular assessment of the key services delivered to clients, including service and organizational program evaluations and performs a lead role in the accreditation process for the organization. This position is temporarily remote and based out of our Stratford office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree or college diploma in a related discipline.
- Specific training and certification in the field of Quality Assurance is desirable.
- Related work experience including program evaluation, quality assurance, training and development or reasonably similar experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to use typical business software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid drivers licence.
