Pfizer Canada is looking to hire a university student in business administration, communications, or human resources to support project management and execution of internal communications activities for the People experience team (Human Resources). Our team is looking for a proactive, energetic student that has completed at least the first year of University and is interested in working with a passionate team of colleagues from various cross-functional backgrounds across the organization. In this role, you will be exposed to the development and implementation of various internal initiatives/campaigns to engage colleagues and elevate the importance of wellbeing across Pfizer Canada.
As this job can be done remotely, it is open to students across Canada that meet the job requirements, including bilingualism (French and English).

Core Responsibilities:
Support the Human Resources team in preparation of internal awareness campaigns and content;
Aid in the organization of internal events and meetings;
Assist with project management-related activities (meeting notes, action items, etc).
Qualifications/Skills:
University studies in a business, communications-based field, or human resources;
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 tools;
Experience working with photo & video editing software;
Strong written communications skills required;
Bilingualism required (English & French).
