Requirements: The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience for our customers and working with us to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies Plaza Kia. Sales training will be provided by the dealership. If you believe that you meet the following requirements, we strongly encourage you to apply; • A ‘glass half full’ attitude and the ability to focus on the positive side of things. • Sales experience preferred, but not necessary for the right applicant. • A coachable personality, and the desire to continuously improve. • Strong relationship building and connection making skills. • High customer service achievements. • Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence. • OMVIC Certification required. • Clear Driver’s Abstract.
