Responsibilities:
• Process incoming payments on customer accounts;
• Process bank deposits;
• Communicate with clients regarding their account status and assist them in problem solving when necessary;
• Perform customer account reconciliations;
• Produce reports for the management team;
• Contribute to the monitoring of the department’s key performance indicators;
• Manage the company’s key accounts and analyze customer portals;
• Perform all other related tasks.
Profile:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency with computers and processing online transactions;
• Knowledge of accounting principles;
• Excellent customer service;
• French and English bilingualism;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Strong Excel skills.
