Responsibilities:
• Plan, establish and coordinate priorities for the team’s daily operations;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and contacts;
• Participate in meetings with clients to review activities and performance;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes;
• Manage carrier relationships;
• Analyze causes of failures, inventory inaccuracies and customer complaints to determine responsible parties and implement actions to resolve them;
• Support and guide the team to achieve departmental goals;
• Provide ongoing training and professional development to the team;
• Perform any other related duties.
Profile:
• Experience working as a team leader;
• Warehouse experience;
• Computer proficiency;
• Knowledge of WMS;
• Bilingualism in French and English.
