Responsibilities
Data Entry (working with in house systems)
Customer Service duties taking orders
Load tendering, booking loads
Plan and schedule delivery appointments
Support the department administration needs
All related tasks

Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Demonstrate a high level of patience
Multitasking capabilities
Professionalism and Good organizational skills
Able to find efficient solution to resolve issues quickly
Customers & Results oriented
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
French & English required
