Job Description
- Reconciliation day to day activities including a mix of investigations, problem solving, follow-ups, deadlines, support and reporting that requires the use of various different systems and human interactions
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to the quality of service we provide
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders who support your development through learning and coaching opportunities
- Monitors various investment reports; provides expertise on complex financial issues
- Proactively identify issues and challenges to remove obstacles to success
- Prioritize activities and reports and adjust as needed so that important team objectives and client deadlines are met
- Provide guidance to resolve issues and update all documented procedures
Job Summary
Performs monthly reconciliations, in-depth investigations and supports resolution of issues impacting results. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.
