Regalo Montessori, a young, rapidly growing private Montessori school, is searching for a key hire for a maternity leave contract to take over the daily classroom operations from the founder and owner, between now and the end of the school year (June 30th, 2022). She will be available to coach and guide you as needed; however, the daily operations will be yours to “own”. You’ll work closely alongside our elementary teacher, while you’ll have your own Casa Class. Upon completing a successful school year, a strong job performance with satisfied students and parents, and high retention rates – this contract will likely be extended for the following school year to June 2023.
We’re moving to a brand new commercial location, and need help with everything. This is an incredible experience that will allow you to influence the classroom development, the curriculum, and the culture of the new school. It’s all yours to help create. In addition, you will gain experience not only managing your own classroom, but also be involved with other activities, such as parent liaison, conducting tours for potential new families, and developing extracurricular activities for the class.
Our plan is to be a much smaller school than you would typically see elsewhere – boutique in nature. Our upper limit on the total class size between two teachers will be 30 students. We currently have ambitions to offer summer camps throughout the upcoming summer, but we have not yet developed any programming for the camps. We’re prepared to offer you the opportunity to develop and create your own summer camp program, which will be fairly compensated with a profit share.
